The General's Top-10 Wide Receiver list is full of information, projections, and strategies. With modern NFL battle formations, Wide Receivers are essential to having a good team. If you don't have good Wide Receivers, then there is no way you have a chance of ruling your league.

Tyreek Hill is still the best Wide Receiver in the league. Even at the ripe age of 30, Hill is probably the most lethal offensive weapon in the league. Nobody can keep up with Hill, and no matter what defense he is playing, he will always be able to find a backdoor somewhere. Hill’s 2 seasons in Miami have both resulted in over 1700 Yards and 8 TD’s. Even if Hill regresses, it shouldn’t be much, and he should still finish incredibly high. Hill will make your opponent tremble with his potential to score upwards of 40 points a week with around a 50/50 chance to score at least 20. Hill should be the first Wide Receiver off the board with Lamb’s contract uncertainty still looming.

CeeDee Lamb is the best weapon on a well-performing offense. It truly is a shame that he is too greedy to be passing up $18 Million. Lamb is the only real receiving threat on the Cowboys, besides an occasional Jake Ferguson, and it shows with his absurd number of targets and receptions. If Lamb plays, he should fall nothing short of Top-5. Lamb should be the 3rd guy off the board still.
Height: 6'0" Weight: 200lbs. Age: 24 '23 Season Ranking: WR11

Ja’Marr Chase is just like Breece Hall, in the sense that he is a very big question mark for next season. Chase averaged a whopping 23 Fantasy Points Per Game in PPR with Burrow as quarterback. This is the biggest caveat however, since they haven’t been able to play much with Burrow’s injuries the past two years. Chase has arguably the highest ceiling for a Wide Receiver this season, and if Burrow can stay healthy, Chase won’t finish outside the Top-5.
Height: 6'0" Weight: 195lbs. Age: 24 '23 Season Ranking: WR3

Amon-Ra St. Brown has been an increasingly productive Wide Receiver. St. Brown had an outstanding year last year, but it was unfortunately heavily overshadowed by Hill and Lamb’s seasons. Nobody should be complaining about getting Amon-Ra St. Brown in the first round, and there shouldn’t really be a universe in which he goes outside of the first 7 picks in drafts.
Height: 6'1" Weight: 200lbs. Age: 25 '23 Season Ranking: WR33
Currently Stationed: Minneapolis, MN Completed Missions: 4
Receptions: 110
Yards From Scrimmage: 1700
Touchdowns: 6
Projected PPR Points: 316
Ceiling - WR2 / Floor - WR7
Justin Jefferson doesn’t need to have a good Quarterback to perform in fantasy. Jefferson is possibly the most-hyped player in the NFL, however he actually shows for it unlike a lot of other players that get the same media exposure. Jefferson was averaging over 100 Yards Per Game with Nick Mullens and Josh Dobbs throwing to him. Even with 3rd-String Quarterbacks, Jefferson was putting up solid WR1 numbers. Jefferson shouldn’t make it out of the first.
Height: 6'0" Weight: 180lbs. Age: 23 '23 Season Ranking: WR26

Receptions: 110

Touchdowns: 8
Projected PPR Points: 293
Ceiling - WR1 / Floor - WR8
Garrett Wilson is a guy I see having an unbelievable season this year. Garrett Wilson had a shocking number of targets last year, it's just a shame that Zach Wilson was the one throwing the ball to him. Wilson has Aaron Rodgers throwing it to him this year however, and it should not be a shock to anyone if Garrett Wilson comes out and somehow ends up as the Overall WR1. I really hate having to put Garrett Wilson this low with how much potential he has next year. Wilson hasn’t had below 1,000 Yards in a season, even with Zach Wilson throwing him the ball. Another big thing about the Rodgers-Wilson combo, is that Rodgers will actually be able to get the ball in Wilson’s hands in the EndZone. Wilson shouldn’t make it out of the first round of anyone’s draft.
Height: 6'1" Weight: 225lbs. Age: 27 '23 Season Ranking: WR5
Currently Stationed: Philadelphia, PA Completed Missions: 5

Touchdowns: 8
Projected PPR Points: 283

A.J. Brown has been someone you can always rely on. Since joining the Eagles, Brown has finished as the WR6 and WR5. Even with the Eagles bringing in more offensive weapons, Brown will still be the primary receiving option. A.J. Brown is a consistent Mid/Low-End WR1. His reliability is the sole reason that most people are taking him. When you draft Brown, you aren’t expecting outstanding results, but consistent results that will single-handedly keep your team afloat each week. Pairing Brown with a top RB or WR is never a bad idea. Brown should go towards the beginning of the 2nd round in basically every draft.

Davante Adams is an old horse that just doesn’t quit. Like Jefferson, Adams is a QB-Proof Wide Receiver. Davante Adams is really like the Jefferson of the second round, in that you know he should be there, you just don’t know where he should be taken. It is almost guaranteed that Adams will put up Low-End WR1 numbers in a fully healthy season, and wherever you feel safe with that value is where you should draft him. Adams shouldn’t be making it to the 3rd Round.
Height: 6'5" Weight: 230lbs. Age: 30 '23 Season Ranking: WR7
Currently Stationed: Tampa Bay, FL Completed Missions: 10
Receptions: 75
Yards From Scrimmage: 1150
Touchdowns: 12
Projected PPR Points: 262
Ceiling - WR6 / Floor - WR14
Mike Evans seems like a very hated-on guy in fantasy. Evans has always produced decent numbers, in fact he has the 2nd-most consecutive 1,000 Receiving Yard seasons behind the GOAT Jerry Rice. Evans will always be producing something in the average ballpark range of High-End WR2. Evans is again one of those picks where you are drafting him more on reliability than optimistic expectation. He seems to be dropping into the 4th Round sometimes, which is absolutely ridiculous given his decade of consistent numbers.
Height: 6'2" Weight: 210lbs. Age: 23 '23 Season Ranking: WR4
Currently Stationed: Inglewood, CA Completed Missions: 1

Touchdowns: 6
Projected PPR Points: 256
Ceiling - WR4 / Floor - WR16
Puka Nacua is the new fan-favorite. After smashing multiple rookie records, Nacua has been glazed more than a Krispy Kreme donut by the media. Nobody can deny that Puka Nacua is a stellar young receiver, I just truly think that his rookie season was one of a kind and will be hard to replicate given his current situation. No matter what current depth charts say, numerous camp reporters and knowledgeable fantasy owners know that the Rams offense is still running through Cooper Kupp. Nacua and Kupp seem to be the best receiving duo in the league at the moment. Teams know they are still having to double-cover Kupp however, which is why Nacua is the better option since it’s usually a 1-on-1. It is unlikely that Nacua will be able to duplicate his numbers from last season, but under Sean McVey, anything is possible.
