The General's Top-10 Quarterback list is full of information, projections, and strategies. If there is one thing to know about Fantasy Quarterbacks, it's that history doesn't always repeat itself. Or does it? According to The General, it will this year, as he believes Josh allen will reign over Quarterbacks once again.

Josh Allen has proven to be a top fantasy Quarterback in any situation. Allen has finished as the Quarterback 1, 1, 2, and 1 in the ‘21, ‘22, ‘23, and ‘24 seasons respectively. Another appeal of Josh Allen’s is his injury reliability. Allen hasn’t missed a single game since he’s been a starting Quarterback in his 4+ years. There is no reason that Allen should finish anywhere outside of the Top-3 for Quarterbacks, and he is probably your best bet at securing the QB1 Overall spot. Allen should be the first Quarterback taken off the board, even though his “star” receiver left the team.

Patrick Mahomes is the best Quarterback in the NFL. In his 6 years starting, Mahomes has never finished below the QB8 Overall. This may seem a little low for him being so high on the list, however he has also finished as the Overall QB1 twice. Mahomes is averaging the Overall QB4, however with his new weapons this year, I don’t see why Mahomes doesn’t have the capability to throw for upwards of 5,000 Yards and 40 Touchdowns. Mahomes has potentially the highest ceiling in fantasy this year.

Lamar Jackson is his own breed of Quarterback. No other quarterback has ever been as versatile as Jackson besides Vick or Newton in their primes. It’s crazy how Lamar Jackon can put up RB3 numbers and also throw for 3,000 Yards and 20 Touchdowns on top of that. Jackson is sometimes an injury risk, but has never really been injured to a point where it made a huge difference for fantasy. With the Ravens bringing in Derrick Henry to help Jackson in the backfield, the possibilities are endless. Jackson should be a must-start every week still, and could possibly pull out ahead of the others.

Jalen Hurts is one of those guys that is always quietly and consistently underrated. No matter how you feel about him, he will deliver in fantasy. Mr. “Tush Push” himself will unfortunately not have the ability to score many rushing touchdowns anymore, which is what he got a lot of his points from last year. With the addition of Barkley, Barkley will get a lot more carries than what the Eagles have usually run from the backfield recently. This allows Hurts to throw more efficiently however now that teams have to worry about a rushing attack as well. Hurts will probably weasel his way in and still be a top-5 QB in fantasy this year.

Joe Burrow has always had the capability to do great things. I believe that Burrow will truly be the savior of the Bengals this season. Last time the Bengals had a fully healthy Slim Shiesty, he took them to the Super Bowl, ultimately falling to Les Snead’s Pay-To-Win Rams team. Burrow’s injury history is scary, and it’s understandable why he is falling in drafts, however I truly believe that he is back and ready to play 100% this season. There’s not much to say about Burrow other than the fact that he will be a Top-5 level QB that you can get as late as the 7th Round it seems.

Anthony Richardson is the guy you want to root for. Richardson’s playstyle is just like Josh Allen’s, however Richardson is arguably the most athletic man in the NFL. Richardson will be great, maybe not this year, but there is no doubt he will be a top Quarterback one day. Richardson’s mix of throwing the balls 75 yards and running is truly just so fun to watch. One in every 4 passes is flying 50+ yards down the field it seems. Richardson is a very high risk, high reward Quarterback, and having him on your team is just even more reason to be excited to watch him play, knock on wood he actually does get to play without injury.

Jordan Love is just an all-around great quarterback. Honestly, Jordan Love kind of reminds me of a watered down Patrick Mahomes. Love’s ability to create something from nothing is a good reason why he should at least be somebody’s starting Quarterback in fantasy. Love seems to be a consensus Mid/Low-End QB1 for Fantasy, which I am very comfortable accepting. There’s not too much else to say.

Aaron Rodgers is this year’s underdog pick. Just like Jordan Love last year, Rodgers is a Quarterback with unbelievable potential that nobody seems to want to risk taking. People are seeming to forget that in Rodgers’ 12 healthy seasons, Rodgers finished in the Top-9 11 times. In 6 of those seasons, Rodgers also either finished as the QB1 or QB2 Overall as well. Rodgers has only been injured 3 times in his career, and it seems that another injury before Rodgers retires is incredibly unlikely. Rodgers is at the helm of an extremely talented young team, and Tom Brady showed us to not count out the veterans in fantasy.

CJ Stroud is the new fan-favorite, however I’m not sold on that idea. Stroud is a super talented young Quarterback, in an amazingly stacked offense. The weapons around Stroud are very enticing, however that is the issue. Teams are now going to heavily prioritize the passing game whenever they play Houston, which will pave more of a way for Joe Mixon to do Joe Mixon things. The hype around Stroud is real, however that has its consequences when defenses are going to push all-in on eliminating the threat of Stroud’s passing game. Stroud has decent potential to be a top fantasy Quarterback this year, and his floor really isn’t that low either. Stroud will be a good, low-end QB1 for anybody’s fantasy team, that should still be a must-start every week.

Justin Herbert has proven himself to be a superstar Quarterback. Herbert has averaged roughly 4700 Passing Yards in his healthy seasons. Missing both of his star receivers for parts of last season while also battling injury himself, he was still able to be on pace for around 4100 Passing Yards. Under Harbaugh’s new offensive scheme, it is fairly unknown how Herbert will perform. Numerous reports are saying that his Wide Receiver room is underrated this how, and numerous reports are also saying that Herbert will have an underwhelming season. The ceiling and floor for Herbert are still quite low, however he will still be a viable option for your weekly starting Quarterback.
